Warframe has revealed the thrilling Isleweaver update alongside other content at PAX East

If you’re a fan of Warframe, PAX East was definitely a success for you! During the event, they unveiled several exciting updates. Firstly, fans got a sneak peek at Isleweaver, the upcoming major narrative expansion for Warframe, which is set to launch for free in June. Additionally, Yareli Prime, a stylish new addition, will be available later this month. Lastly, an intense trailer for Soulframe was revealed, featuring one of its epic boss battles.

As a gamer, I was thoroughly captivated by the main attraction of the showcase: Isleweaver, a gripping sequel set in Duviri, now under the iron fist of Major Rusalka. With this new storyline comes a fresh Clan Operation called Eight Claw and an exciting addition to the enemy roster – the Murmur. They’ve promised nail-biting squad-based combat across warped landscapes.

Joining the fray is Warframe number 61: Oraxia, a frame modeled after a spider, a character much desired by the community for quite some time. Isolated for years, Oraxia possesses an array of abilities that are as chilling as they are lethal. She can weave webs to ensnare opponents, summon spiderlings, drain life force, and even traverse vertical surfaces using a unique mode of movement unlike any Warframe before her.

On May 21st, Yareli Prime is set to make her appearance prior to Isleweaver’s arrival in June. She will be equipped with the Daikyu Prime bow and Kompressa Prime pistol as signature weapons, showcasing her aquatic abilities. With Merulina Prime, she creates slippery mobility, ensnaring foes in captivating bubbles before ending them with destructive whirlpools of intense force.

Additionally, it was unveiled that there are Heritage Skins prepared for Valkyr and Vauban. The revamped appearance of Valkyr will be available starting July 21st, accompanied by a substantial update to her abilities. Fans have long anticipated this overhaul to Valkyr’s berserker playstyle. Meanwhile, the Heirloom skin for Vauban, developed in collaboration with Lua_Luminary, is expected to launch early in 2026.
