Renny Harlin is known for directing popular action films such as Cliffhanger, Die Hard 2, and Deep Blue Sea, along with horror movies like Devil’s Pass, Exorcist: The Beginning, The Covenant, and The Strangers: Chapter 1. Previously, Harlin has teamed up with Nostromo on the open-sea thriller, and they are now collaborating again for the upcoming shark survival film Deep Water, featuring Ben Kingsley, Angus Sampson, and Aaron Eckhart. Harlin is enthusiastic about this new project and expresses great appreciation for the star of Black Tides.
