LEGO unveiled several new Star Wars sets on June 1st, continuing their tradition of showcasing impressive Star Wars models in May, which is celebrated as “May the Fourth.” Despite the end of May celebrations, more sets were released in June, with a few also available for pre-order.

Today, three distinct LEGO Star Wars sets have hit the market and are now up for grabs. One of these is inspired by the upcoming 2023 series, Ahsoka. Moreover, there are a couple of highly anticipated sets scheduled to drop later this summer, starting from early July and continuing into August. In summary, here’s an overview of all new LEGO Star Wars sets released today, as well as those available for pre-order.

5. Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter Microfighter

75400

For just $14.99, you can get your hands on LEGO’s newest micro-fighter – the Jedi Starfighter of Plo Koon. This model takes design cues from the tragic demise of the Jedi Master during the Order 66 events. Although it only has 89 pieces, the new Plo Koon minifigure is undeniably attractive, boasting some modernized aspects compared to its earlier versions.

4. Darth Maul Mech

75411

Darth Maul is added to LEGO’s Star Wars mech collection, boasting a massive twin-bladed lightsaber wielded by the mech’s hand and a mini probe droid similar to those used by the Sith Lord in The Phantom Menace. The figurine is equally captivating, showcasing Maul’s mechanical legs as seen in The Clone Wars after he was cut in half by Obi-Wan Kenobi at the end of the first prequel movie. This set retails for $17.99 and includes 143 pieces, making it an ideal choice before the upcoming Maul: Shadow Lord series next year.

3. Death Trooper & Night Trooper Battle Pack

75412

Influenced by their appearance in the 2023 series “Ahsoka”, LEGO is launching a fresh Death Trooper & Night Trooper Battle Pack, complete with two versions of each distinctive Imperial figure. These troopers are adorned with gold cracks, red wrappings, and damaged armor, serving under Grand Admiral Thrawn. They have been reanimated by the dark powers of the Nightsisters called the Great Mothers, who will also be featured in “Ahsoka” season 2. This battle pack complements well with last year’s Battle of Peridea set. The set retails for $22.99 and contains 119 pieces.

2. Battle Droid with STAP

75428

Starting July 1st, LEGO has unveiled their latest creation: a Battle Droid with STAP model, which is now available for pre-order. This remarkable set includes a fully brick-built B1 battle droid and a hovercraft called STAP, as depicted in The Phantom Menace. The newest LEGO Star Wars droid addition promises to be one of the most exciting, complete with its own stand and plaque, along with a miniature B1 battle droid figurine. Priced at $139.99, this set comprises 1088 pieces and can even be displayed separately from the STAP, as suggested by the new images.

1. K-2SO Security Droid

75434

Starting August 1st, there will be a brick-built model of K-2SO from Andor and Rogue One available. Standing at approximately 16 inches tall, this upcoming K-2SO figure is slightly taller than last year’s C-3PO model, making it an ideal addition to your collection alongside the golden protocol droid, as well as previous LEGO builds of R2-D2 and Chopper. Priced at $89.99, this 845-piece set is a must-have for any Star Wars fan. It’s worth noting that this year has also seen the release of the Andor model Rebel U-Wing Starfighter set, which includes a K-2SO minifigure similar to the one included in this new model and comes with a matching display plaque.
