Independent studio The Wonder Project, which specializes in faith-related content, is introducing its own subscription service on Amazon Prime Video. They’ve previously collaborated with Amazon on the hit series “House of David“, a retelling of the biblical tale of David and Goliath. If you wish to watch season two promptly, you’ll need to pay an additional $8.99 monthly fee, in addition to your current Prime Video subscription.
Amazon Prime Video initially starts at a monthly cost of $8.99, but that’s with advertisements. If you prefer an ad-free experience, you’ll need to pay an additional $2.99; a standard Amazon Prime membership, which offers free shipping on most orders from Amazon.com, costs $14.99 (with ads on Prime Video) or $17.98 for an ad-free version.
This fall, the SVOD service known as Wonder Project will debut in the U.S. It offers early access to new Wonder Project originals, plus a collection of over 1,000 hours of carefully selected movies and TV shows that align with the company’s goal: to share daring tales that foster hope and rekindle trust in values worth embracing. The majority of the content will not be from Wonder Project, as stated in Tuesday’s announcement.
The second season of “House of David” is expected to air on “Wonder Project” at its premiere. However, you’ll be able to stream it on “Amazon Prime Video” at a later point in time.
Jon Erwin and Jon Gunn serve as the creative heads and directors for Wonder Projects in the production of House of David season one. This series, according to Amazon, has enthralled more than 40 million viewers across the globe; that is, it has held their attention strongly or deeply.
Erwin formed Wonder Project with its CEO, Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten.

Remarkable cinematic productions and television series have an extraordinary ability to unite families, friends, and societies, fostering profound connections in a world yearning for connection today. In a statement, she expressed her excitement about this shared viewing experience, which I eagerly anticipate enjoying in the comfort of my home – through a unique brand that we can truly claim as our own.
Ryan Pirozzi, head of Prime Video Marketplace, is delighted to share that the Wonder Project subscription will soon be available on Prime Video. This new feature underscores our dedication to delivering a wide array of engaging and significant content tailored to our audience’s tastes. With this launch, we continue our mission to ensure Prime Video caters to diverse preferences, and we eagerly anticipate how this fresh offering will enhance the viewing journey for our customers.
We’re absolutely thrilled about the triumph of ‘House of David’ and can hardly wait for viewers to get lost in the grand action and drama of season two,” said Erwin. “Our audience is yearning for a reliable platform offering top-notch originals, handpicked movies, and TV shows. With the upcoming Wonder Project subscription on Prime Video, we promise to meet and exceed these expectations.
