Martin Kove Apologizes for Biting ‘Cobra Kai’ Co-Star Alicia Hannah-Kim’s Arm: “I Regret My Actions”

In a statement to TMZ, sent by Jaffe & Co. Crisis Management, Kove expressed deep regret and apologies for his actions involving Alicia (Hannah-Kim) during the recent incident. He considers her a kind, wonderful, and highly professional colleague on ‘Cobra Kai’ whom he has always respected. In that moment, he was being playful but crossed a line, and there is no excuse for his behavior. He regrets his actions wholeheartedly, acknowledges responsibility, and again extends his apologies to her and her husband. He is determined to learn from this incident and ensure it never happens again.

Hannah-Kim and her husband Sebastian Roché went to Kove regarding the assault allegations. His reaction was aggressive, claiming something like “How dare you accuse me? I haven’t done anything wrong.” In the VIP section, they conversed with an officer, and Kove confessed to biting Hannah-Kim; however, he justified his actions by stating that he believed it was all just a joke.

Hannah-Kim informed the officer that she had no intention of filing charges, however, she requested for the incident to be recorded as a precautionary measure against any future misconduct by Kove.
