Realms of Pixel best teams – One for each stage of the game

If you’re curious to find out which team is the top performer in the Realms of Pixel, you’ve come to the right place! We’re going to delve deep into a comprehensive guide and reveal three successful team setups for your viewing pleasure.

When it comes to selecting heroes for your team, the abundance of options can make deciding on a combination that excels in both Player versus Environment (PvE) and Player versus Player (PvP) challenging. This is why we’re here to help! I’ve thoroughly analyzed each hero’s abilities and key features that significantly impact their performance. And now, the findings are ready for you! For a detailed look at individual ratings and comparisons of heroes, visit our Realms of Pixel tier list.

Before delving into our chosen selections, allow me to share some insights on how they were chosen and why. If, however, you don’t possess all the heroes mentioned, here’s a suggestion for an alternative choice.

The best team in Realms of Pixel depends on what heroes you have

Of course, things can’t always be black or white. You might be missing one or two heroes from the teams I listed on the following pages, which is why you need to learn the core of forming a good one.

Basically, you want to have the following on any team you deploy:

  • Tank
  • DPS
  • Heal/Support

In a team setup for combat, it’s essential to have a tank to protect your damage dealers and healers from enemy attacks. This role is crucial, as the tank absorbs the majority of the damage, allowing your other team members to focus on dealing with the enemies. At minimum, you’ll need one strong Damage Per Second (DPS) character to attack quickly, and a healer to keep everyone, particularly the tank, alive. Additionally, having characters that can provide buffs or debuffs can be beneficial, but it’s not necessary for every team.

So, let’s take a look at a few Realms of Pixel teams you can use in the early game, and then later on towards the end-game stages!

1 Team #1 – Early game team

  • Moonshadow (Anastasia)
  • Etch Witch (Maggie)
  • Sword Sage (Ayano)
  • Vanquisher (Oswald)
  • Demon General (Rona)
  • One more hero of your choice based on what your team needs

At the start of the match, Moonshadow is effective at taking out opponents. Vanquisher serves as our tank, while Demon General focuses on healing. This team is relatively straightforward to manage, as you can swap out Vanquisher for another tank you might prefer.

It’s advisable to primarily allocate your assets to Moonshadow and Demon General, as they remain effective throughout the game, especially during the later stages. These two characters excel not only in the initial phase but also as you progress towards the middle of the game.

2 Team #2 – Advent team

  • Dragon Slayer (Sofia Bulga)
  • Etch Witch (Maggie)
  • Muteki Shin (Tomoe)
  • Vanquisher (Oswald)
  • Abyss Queen (Ximi)
  • Lost Flower (Misty)

The Realms of Pixel group is commonly known as the Advent team. They primarily strive to maximize a 5 +1 bonus, and if conditions are met, they can even aim for a 6 bonus. In the late stages of the game, the Advent team composition performs exceptionally well. Additional heroes that you might find useful include Skogul (Ember Maiden), Kurikara (Darkflame), Yumi (Life Sage), Elexia (Caged Bird), Julia (Ice Oracle), and Seraphina (Immortal).

In this setup, it’s best to position Vanquisher at the forefront, as the others focus on dealing damage. The Abyss Queen serves as the primary healer in this group. This combination functions exceptionally well in both Player vs Player (PvP) and Player vs Environment (PvE), proving effective even in end-game scenarios.

3 Team #3 – Ascension team

  • Riptide Blade (Westley)
  • Lance Lord (Delacour)
  • Dark Oracle (Jimbo)
  • Lunar Sprite (Violet)
  • Scarlet Muse (Theresa)
  • Shadow Queen (Ingrid)

If you’re aiming for a team suitable for Player vs Player (PvP), consider replacing one member with Illusory Fire (Moonshade). She’s an assassin who remains invulnerable to enemy attacks, and she can dish out substantial burst damage. On the other hand, Demon Dragon (Kifera) is a strong choice for PvP, while Demon General (Rona) serves as the healer in this setup.

The main focus of the Ascension group lies in dealing high-burst damage, yet it demonstrates exceptional survivability as well. It’s a pure representative of the Ascension element, similar to the Advent team mentioned earlier, and it triggers the 6 Ascension bonus, just as the Advent team does with its own element.

In Realms of Pixel, these are the top-notch squad formations. Plus, as a token of appreciation for sticking around till the end, we have access codes that can net you Radiant Gems, Gold Coins, and other cool prizes!
