As a gaming enthusiast, I’m hyped to share some exciting news about my favorite pastime – stand-up comedy! Bill Burr is brewing up a half-hour chucklefest at Fox, inspired by the life of none other than Earthquake (real name Nathaniel Stroman). Guess what they’ve decided to call it? You got it: Earthquake! Can’t wait to see this one shake things up on TV!
Burr is overseeing the project via his North Hill Productions, while 3 Arts Entertainment will join forces with Fox Entertainment Studios to produce it as well. At this stage, the agreement is only for a script draft. Burr, Dave Becky, manager Jermaine Smith, and Mike Bertolina are all serving as executive producers on this project.
That’s about all we’ve got for now. Well, aside from the super-long bios provided by Fox.
Earthquake is a multitalented individual, known as a comedian, actor, voice artist, and radio personality. In 2022, he featured in an episode of “Chappelle’s Home Team” on Netflix titled “Earthquake: Legendary.” Throughout his career, Earthquake has been a regular performer on shows like BET’s “Comic View” and HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam.” His stand-up specials include “About Got Damm Time,” “Walter Latham Presents,” “From the Outhouse to the Whitehouse,” and “These Ain’t Jokes for Showtime.
You’re familiar with Bill Burr, right? He’s renowned as one of the best stand-up comedians ever, and he made his transition into dramatic acting through the show “Breaking Bad.” Bill Burr’s life experiences have been depicted in his Netflix animated series titled “F Is for Family.” Bill Burr has hosted “SNL” on two occasions and recently concluded a run on Broadway with the play “Glengarry Glen Ross.
And that’s all the bio you really need.
