As a gamer, I’m blown away by the colossal Chronos portals appearing in major U.S. cities! Just last month, these mind-boggling gateways touched down at Atlanta, Georgia and the iconic Rockefeller Center in New York City. It’s like stepping into another world, right here on our own turf!
Portal tour previews the five worlds brought to life in Epic Universe
A giant, awe-inspiring copy of the entrance captivates viewers with lively videos showcasing the park’s design and amenities, while the portal itself is decorated with detailed emblems representing the five distinct areas of the park. These symbols depict a magical wand for the Wizarding World and Mario’s Toad from the Nintendo universe.
As spectators queue up for snapshots at Rockefeller Plaza, one side of the gate proclaimed, “Beyond here lies lush green gardens and imaginary realms to spark your imagination.
Fortunate attendees can capture moments with photos and entertaining clips as they live through the adventure. An impressive, resonant narration invites you to explore the thrills that lie ahead in the amusement park, featuring glimpses into the horrifying creatures inhabiting Dark Universe and the Parisian scenery in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Ministry of Magic. Additional realms encompass SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, Celestial Park, and How to Train Your Dragon-Isle of Berk.
Where will the Epic Universe Portal Tour Stop at Next?
As a devoted admirer, I’m thrilled to share that the Chronos is making a visit to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, from May 16th to 18th, gracing the iconic Rocky Steps! Following this, the portal will journey onward to Pioneer Court in the windy city, Chicago, from June 13th to 18th. I can hardly wait for these enchanting encounters!
Barring any changes, the activation will be open to the public from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. local time.
For those attending, there’s more than just picture-taking opportunities. By scanning a QR code at the portal, you’ll have a shot at entering a raffle for an all-expenses-paid trip to Universal Orlando Resort! This way, you could actually step into the park portals yourself.
