Update: In line with Nike revisiting past partnerships, Fat Joe’s Terror Squad Air Force 1s resurfaced in two colorways during 2023. He also showcased a “University Red” variant at the BET Hip-Hop Awards that same year. We previously discussed this sneak peek, but now, thanks to Sneaker News, we have an update: it appears that a red and white pair will be made available to the public, along with more Terror Squad x Nike Air Force 1s. It’s unclear if the 2023 sample will align with the retail release, so keep an eye out for further updates. The anticipated drop date is August 1, 2023, and it can be purchased through Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $150 USD.

At the BET Hip-Hop Awards, Fat Joe made an appearance sporting a yet-to-be-released pair of red Nike Air Force 1 “Terror Squad” sneakers.

Examining Instagram images, it shows that the shoe comes with a white foundation and bold red accents for a vibrant touch. Just like its earlier versions, this design includes an embroidered Terror Squad logo around the ankle region and the “JC” insignia on the heel – representing Joey Crack, a nickname of Fat Joe. The shoe settles on a white midsole and red outsole, with laces matching these colors for a harmonious appearance.

We’re yet to know if this duo will come out after the monochrome version that debuted in August. Last November, the artist was spotted at an NBA game wearing a pair in shades of brown, white, and pink.
