In a playful exchange, the esteemed directors of Bollywood, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, engaged AR Murugadoss in conversation, attempting to prompt him into picking which of them was the superior actor. Despite having collaborated with both stars (Salman in Sikandar and Aamir in Ghajini), the director tactfully declined to answer this potentially contentious query. At that moment, Aamir Khan, famously known for his role in PK, jokingly said, “Sir, you’re also an actor; I believe you are better. Have you seen Dabangg?
In our ongoing discussion, the director mentioned that the Tiger 3 lead actor can cry convincingly without resorting to glycerin. Eagerly, I chimed in to share that I, too, possess the same talent. Salman then added that it’s all thanks to the skillful filmmaker.
In a candid moment, Maine Pyar Kiya’s actor explained that he admired AR Murugadoss because it seemed like the entire burden of Sikandar was on his shoulders. Despite having to return home to his family, he would endure working with me on set again. Aamir concurred with Ghajini’s director, acknowledging that Salman’s emotional scenes are truly remarkable.
In the same video, Aamir asked about Rashmika Mandanna, the female lead in Salman’s upcoming action-thriller titled Sikandar. Describing her as “incredibly dedicated and fantastic”, the Judwaa actor reminisced about their time together while filming the actioner in Hyderabad. He also mentioned that during this period, Rashmika was simultaneously working on Pushpa 2 and Fever.
Despite a packed daily routine involving filming for both Pushpa and Sikandar, she found precious moments only during commutes between sets. Salman noted that her tireless work ethic and commitment mirrored his experiences from the beginning of his career.
