Aaditi Pohankar has captured audience’s affections on the OTT platform through her performances in ‘She’ and ‘Aashram’. The second part of ‘Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 Part 2’, which premiered in February 2025, is the latest chapter of ‘Aashram’. Recently, Aaditi shared her aspiration to work with Gully Boy’s director, Zoya Akhtar, on a future project. She reminisced about their encounter and mentioned that she had communicated this wish to her at that time.

Aaditi herself admitted that she had encountered Zoya some time back and shared her feelings with her directly. She expressed, “I recently ran into her, and I told her… I simply wanted to express my admiration for her unique charm. It’s so fitting, yet it carries a certain weight, the whole ambiance of the film or the script.
Aaditi expressed that Zoya’s script-writing was full of enjoyment. Using Gully Boy as an illustration, she noted its unique and quirky elements. In conclusion, she shared her enthusiasm for participating in a similar kind of project.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, this movie portrays the inspiring story of a young street rapper aiming for success in the bustling city of Mumbai. The film garnered immense praise and numerous awards.
