According to the report, documentation obtained by Square Yards, a real estate website, indicates that Square Yards’ properties are situated within Oberoi Realty’s high-end residential development known as Eternia.
Among the ten apartments available, eight of them have identical floor areas of 1,049 square feet (sq. ft.). The final two apartments cover a combined area of 912 square feet. Each sale comes with two assigned parking spots.
According to reports, the Bachchan family is said to have paid a total stamp duty of 1.5 crores Indian rupees for ten properties they acquired. Specifically, Abhishek Bachchan spent around 14.77 crores on six apartments, while his father, who is 82 years old, invested roughly 10.18 crores in four other properties.
This year, the report indicates that with the purchase of ten apartments, the value of the Bachchan family’s property holdings now stands at approximately one billion rupees in real estate investments.
