Abhishek Bachchan FINALLY breaks silence on divorce rumors with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: 'You all have blown the entire thing out of proportion'

As a long-time admirer of the Bachchan family and their illustrious careers, I must say that the recent rumors surrounding Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s marriage have been quite unsettling. However, after reading Abhishek’s interview with Bollywood UK Media, my heart was put at ease. It’s comforting to know that even celebrities like them face such speculation, but it’s their grace and poise in handling it that truly sets them apart.

More recently, there have been whispers of separation between Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. A fake video circulating on the internet has added fuel to these rumors. Yet, recent news suggests that Abhishek has quelled divorce speculations by displaying his wedding ring and declaring he is still married to Aishwarya.

In a chat with Bollywood UK Media, Abhishek Bachchan addressed the circulating speculations about his marriage. To clarify, he displayed his wedding ring and emphasized that he remains married. Responding to the rumors, Abhishek stated, “I don’t have any comments on that matter (the rumors). Regrettably, you’ve overblown things significantly. I get why you do it – you need content for your articles. We’re celebrities, we must deal with this. Married still, my apologies.”

Speculation about a potential divorce arose when Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan separately attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Center. While Abhishek was accompanied by his family, which included Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, and Agastya Nanda, Aishwarya arrived with their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

Abhishek and Aishwarya exchanged wedding vows back in 2007, and their family expanded with the birth of their daughter, Aaradhya, in 2011. After being together for 17 years as a married couple, they have graced our movie screens in films like Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke, Kuch Naa Kaho, Guru, Dhoom 2, and Raavan.

Lately, Abhishek Bachchan was present at the Paris Olympics 2024, enthusiastically supporting the Indian sportsmen. A touching moment between him and Neeraj Chopra, who won a silver medal, went viral online after their heartfelt embrace.

In terms of his professional endeavors, Abhishek Bachchan is preparing to act alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan in the movie titled King. Additionally, he will appear in Remo D’Souza’s upcoming film Be Happy and has secured a role in Shoojit Sircar’s forthcoming directorial effort.
