Adam Brody Reveals How Leighton Meester Feels About His “Hot Rabbi” in ‘Nobody Wants This’

As a seasoned gamer who’s seen countless rom-com series and movies, I must say that Adam Brody and Leighton Meester‘s relationship seems to be as solid as a level 10 boss battle in a role-playing game. Ten years together, navigating the treacherous terrains of Hollywood, and still standing strong – that’s some serious leveling up!

In the book “Nobody Wants This“, Adam Brody shared insights into how his spouse, Leighton Meester, perceives his character, “Noah”, who is often referred to as the “Hot Rabbi”.

On Thursday, the actor guested on “Andy Cohen Live”, and during his visit, he was queried about the reactions online, where many fans have expressed affection for the Gossip Girl star’s spouse following the release of the Netflix series in which they co-star with Kristen Bell.

Brody joked, “She’s quite proud,” and added humorously that it hadn’t created any obstacles in their relationship…yet. He then went on to say, “But who knows? I wouldn’t call it a mountain. More like a well-prepared runway. We cheer each other on so much, you could say we’re each other’s biggest supporters.

The actor from “Fleishman Is in Trouble” mentioned that they’ve been a couple for ten years now, and they’ve grown accustomed to the situations and chances that come their way.

He expressed, “Every chance is a chance for us both,” he stated. ” Frankly, it’s still in the beginning stages, but things have been going well so far. We’ve faced similar situations before. To be honest, I’d feel quite disappointed if anything were to happen to my marriage. However, I’d also feel upset if success were to jeopardize it.

The star of Shazam! briefly mentioned the upcoming season of Nobody Wants This, yet acknowledged that he doesn’t have a lot of information regarding it.

Brody mentioned that they’ve chosen to remain blissfully unaware about the project they’re working on since it’s currently being written. They plan to start filming soon, with February being their target month for production. He went on to say that he prefers to assume it will be fantastic and won’t find out until he actually does.

After learning that their romantic comedy series was getting another season, creator Erin Foster shared some tantalizing hints about what viewers might see in the upcoming episodes, during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

She mentioned that they’re experimenting with various plotlines. Without a doubt, Jackie Cohn will appear frequently in season two. They adore Jackie; she’s an incredible actress. She brought Esther to life with her engaging and intricate performance.

Additionally, she verified that the intriguing “romantic or not?” subplot involving Morgan (Justine Lupe) and Sasha (Timothy Simons) would be concluded.

In the second season, we’d love for them to be seen spending time together more frequently, as Foster put it,” said the team. “We want Esther to feature prominently. We’ve explored that angle enough now, so we plan to shift and rearrange things to ensure they all share scenes together without making Morgan appear too problematic in terms of infidelity. However, we have exciting plans for Morgan, offering something intriguing.
