Adam Sandler Confirms Eminem’s Cameo in ‘Happy Gilmore 2’

As a gamer with a soft spot for nostalgia and a penchant for 90’s comedies, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming sequel to Happy Gilmore! The teaser drops have been like a virtual golf ball soaring into the sweet spot of my childhood memories.

As a thrilled admirer, I’m excitedly announcing that a second installment of “Happy Gilmore” seems to be in sight! Once again, the talented Adam Sandler has shared a tantalizing sneak peek, fueling our anticipation for this upcoming sequel.

Calling in to The Dan Patrick Show recently, Sandler discussed what fans could potentially expect from the Netflix production. He said at the beginning of the interview, “They’re going to yell at me no matter what, because they asked me to not do any press. But what do you want to say and I’ll tell you if it’s good or bad to talk about.” Patrick later asks about the potential Eminem cameo, to which Sandler responded, “I’ve known Eminem for a long time and he’s a great guy.” He goes on to confirm his involvement, “He came in and was funny as hell. I think we hung out a day with Eminem and we just shot and shot and it was insane. Said a million things we can use and a million things we’re glad we have on tape.”

In addition to this, Sandler also verified that the legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus will make an appearance, and he hinted at a tentative release date around summer 2025, stating “Not Independence Day, but we’re aiming for a completion by July.” The cast roster includes the reprisal of Ben Stiller, Christopher McDonald, and Julie Bowen.
