Agatha All Along

As a seasoned cinephile with a penchant for the supernatural and a soft spot for the darker side of storytelling, I am genuinely excited about the upcoming series, “Agatha All Along.” Having grown up on a steady diet of horror classics and comic book adaptations, this blend of two worlds that I hold dear promises to be an exhilarating ride.

After the conclusion of “WandaVision,” the series “Agatha All Along” delves into the story of Agatha Harkness following her escape from Westview, New Jersey. As she journeys, she gathers unexpected companions to aid her in reclaiming her lost powers. Featuring Kathryn Hahn, Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, with Debra Jo Rupp, and featuring Patti LuPone, Aubrey Plaza, this series is set to bring even more chilling horror and sorcery into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In fact, according to Marvel TV head Brad Winderbaum, it can be quite terrifying, with him describing it as “really scary.”

“Agatha is delightful yet eerie, with moments that become quite intense. She’s an exceptional anti-hero and the show captivates you with its festive Halloween atmosphere, only to have you shedding tears unexpectedly. It’s the Marvel style of terror, a Halloween-themed series where danger lurks at every turn. Buckle up for a thrilling ride!”

As a longtime fan of Marvel movies, I am thrilled to share my excitement about the upcoming animated series “Agatha All Along,” created by Jac Schaeffer. Having closely followed the Marvel Cinematic Universe for years, I can’t help but feel a sense of anticipation knowing that the show will be executive produced by the likes of Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, and Mary Livanos, who have been instrumental in shaping the MCU.

The animated series titled “Agatha All Along” will make its debut on Disney+ on September 18, 2024, during Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
