Regarding the 2009 movie, he mentioned that its initial half was incredibly intriguing, but he can’t comprehend why audiences didn’t go see it in cinemas.
When the host shared that there are still people eagerly anticipating the sequel to CC2C, he admitted he would be discussing this very topic with Akshay Kumar and planning to do so. Additionally, the filmmaker casually mentioned that he frequently converses with ‘Seth Ji’ around 4-5 am since they both tend to rise early in the morning.
He shared that they’ve been having conversations (about working together). They are aiming to collaborate on some projects. Discussing Chandni Chowk To Africa, he confessed that the movie wasn’t part of any initial plan. Nevertheless, they had a sense that if CC2C turned out to be a massive success, they would consider creating a sequel.
