In approximately one month, Raid 2 will hit the screens. Ajay Devgn returns as IRS Amay Patnaik in this upcoming movie. The trailer for the film has recently been unveiled and has garnered a great deal of affection from the Bollywood community. Akshay Kumar voiced his high expectations for his friend’s project, while Arjun Kapoor termed the trailer as ‘a lot of fun.’
On April 9, 2025, exactly one day following the unveiling of the Raid 2 trailer, Akshay Kumar showcased it on his Instagram Stories and expressed his well-wishes to Ajay Devgn. In his post, he said, “Brother, what a fantastic trailer! I wish your 75th Raid will spend 75 weeks in theaters. Good luck for #Raid2 @ajaydevgn.” He also complimented Riteish Deshmukh’s portrayal of the antagonist by saying, “The wickedness looks great on you @riteishd ;).
Karan Johar additionally shared his affection for the trailer on his Stories. He declared excitedly, “This trailer is simply exceptional!!! A fantastic confrontation between the two incredibly gifted actors, @ajaydevgn and @riteishd.
Actor Arjun Kapoor, who starred alongside Ajay Devgn in Singham Again, showed his enthusiasm for the upcoming film Raid 2. Sharing the trailer and acknowledging the cast and crew, he wrote, “This seems like a blast! The competition is about to start…”

Raid 2 is set to be directed by Raj Kumar Gupta. This upcoming film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak. The planned release date for this movie is May 1, 2025. Vaani Kapoor takes on the role of Ajay Devgn’s spouse in the film. Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, Supriya Pathak, and Amit Sial are among the talented actors also featured in the cast.
Currently, Akshay Kumar is preparing for the debut of Kesari Chapter 2. Previously, Ajay Devgn offered his well-wishes to the cast and crew. On Instagram, he posted the trailer of the historical drama, remarking, “Bhagat Singh’s fight was on the streets, this one occurred in a courtroom – both altered history. Kesari Chapter 2’s trailer is now available.”
Ajay commented, “I wish my friend AK and the whole team nothing but the best! It looks fantastic, hitting theaters on April 18th globally.
