As a lifestyle expert with years of observation and analysis under my belt, I must commend Akshay Kumar for his unwavering commitment to philanthropy and societal betterment. His latest act of generosity towards the Haji Ali Dargah renovation project is yet another testament to his selflessness and compassion.
8th August, 2024 saw Akshay Kumar and director Mudassar Aziz pay a visit to the Haji Ali Dargah in Mumbai, seeking blessings. In this visit, they made a charitable contribution of INR 1.21 crore towards renovating the shrine. Notably, this is not his first act of generosity; he had previously donated INR 3 crore for the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
On their Instagram account, the Haji Ali Dargah Trust posted a video of Akshay’s visit, expressing sincere gratitude. In addition, they mentioned that prayers were said in memory of Akshay’s late parents, Aruna Bhatia and Hari Om Bhatia.
The post states that renovation work is currently in progress. Notably, the renowned Bollywood actor and Mumbai resident, Padmashri Akshay Kumar, has graciously covered a portion of the renovation costs totaling INR 1,21,00,000. We extend our condolences for the loss of his parents, Late Aruna Bhatia and Late Hari Om Bhatia, and are profoundly thankful for his kindness.
