Alan Tudyk, Resident Alien Crew Tease First Look Ahead of Season 4 Premiere (WATCH)

Looking forward to diving back into the world of Resident Alien in Season 4? Get a sneak peek at where our characters stand ahead of the new season! The US Network and SYFY have got you covered with an exclusive behind-the-scenes video featuring the cast and crew, giving you a glimpse of what’s to come.

In the video below, Robert Duncan McNeill, our series director and executive producer, expresses great enthusiasm. He mentions that since we ended Season 3 on a significant note, we have a lot of unanswered questions to address when we return.

In Chris Sheridan’s words, “The largest character was likely Harry [Alan Tudyk], trapped in a prison on the Grey moon base and playing host to an alien resembling him, known as a Mantid, who behaved and appeared like Harry from Earth.” (Chris Sheridan is a veteran of Family Guy and adapted the Dark Horse comic book with the same title.)

In a nutshell, Tudyk, who dons the role of the Mantid in disguise, labels the alien creature from outer space as “creepy, disgusting, and bizarre.” Indeed, it’s quite apt. Everyone else remains oblivious, except for young Max Hawthorne (Judah Prehn), whose unique genetic traits enable him to perceive extraterrestrial beings in their true form. Thus, he’s the only one who understands that “Harry” is not, in fact, the genuine Harry.
