As a seasoned sneakerhead with decades of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that the Air Jordan 7 RM is shaping up to be quite the talk of the town next year! Having seen the evolution of the sneaker game since the Air Jordan 4’s debut, I must admit that the idea of a remixed version of an already iconic silhouette piques my curiosity.
One of the sneaker industry’s most intriguing storylines heading into 2024 was the Air Jordan 4 RM (aka “Remix”). Rumored as a new low-top version of the Air Jordan 4, the first of its kind, it was spotted early on in the year and ended up launching via two Nigel Sylvester-approved colorways that flew off of shelves. The subsequent in-line drops were not met with the same fervor, however, there’s no denying that the silhouette has made an impact and it remains a focal point for the Jumpman team as new colorways continue to surface.
As a diehard sneaker enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news: It looks like the Air Jordan 4 isn’t the only Air Jordan getting the “RM” treatment! According to recent reports from Sneaker Files, we can expect an Air Jordan 7 RM in 2025. Unlike the Air Jordan 4, the Air Jordan 7 already has a “Low” version and has been relatively quiet lately, last seen in its “Chambray” colorway back in July 2023.
As of now, there’s no confirmation from Jordan Brand that an Air Jordan 7 RM will be available in 2025. Keep an eye out for announcements, including potential sneak peeks of the supposed design, as it’s anticipated to hit stores around fall 2025 through Nike SNKRS and various retailers. The cost remains undisclosed at this time.
