Originally, the film was set to premiere in June 2024, but due to the involvement of John Wick director Chad Stahelski in enhancing the action sequences, its release was pushed back by a year to June 6, 2025. This year, new action scenes were filmed under the direction of Len Wiseman, with Stahelski providing assistance.
