Ananya Panday claims her parents would ‘feed’ into her sadness; reveals how living alone has helped her

As an ardent fan of Ananya Panday, I find her journey incredibly inspiring. Her courage to share her personal struggles and growth is commendable. Living alone at such a young age and in the spotlight takes great strength and maturity.

Ananya Panday, the child of Chunky and Bhavana Pandey, has established herself in Bollywood. Following her rise to fame, she left home and set up a place of her own, frequently posting photos on social media. Lately, she disclosed that living independently has been beneficial for her emotion management, stating that staying at home with her parents sometimes intensified her sadness, as they unwittingly fueled it.

During a heartfelt conversation on the YouTube channel We Are Yuvaa, Ananya Panday revealed to her father Chunky Panday that living independently has had a constructive impact on her life. She confided that she often felt her melancholy intensified when residing with her parents because they inadvertently added to it, expressing, “Living with you all, I felt like whenever I used to feel sad, you would unknowingly fuel my sadness.

The actress from Call Me Bae revealed that her mother’s concern often exacerbated situations for her. She confided that when her mom inquired about what had happened and if she was okay, it intensified her melancholy. At times, she even confessed to putting on a slight act while crying at home.

Ananya Panday went on to explain that living independently has given her more mastery over her feelings. She disclosed that she hardly gets affected as deeply anymore and has grown accustomed to enjoying her solitude. Looking back at her past, the actress confessed that she once found it hard to be alone and couldn’t sleep unless there was someone else present. However, now she finds contentment in her own company.

In terms of her career, Ananya has lately appeared in the movie CTRL and boasts an upcoming series of thrilling projects. She’s poised to act in Chand Mera Dil, a production by Dharma Productions, sharing the screen with Lakshya.

Beyond that, I’ve recently begun filming the second installment of “Call Me Bae.” On top of this exciting project, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be gracing the silver screen alongside stars like Akshay Kumar and R. Madhavan in an upcoming Dharma Productions movie yet to be named.

Meanwhile, her father, Chunky Panday, is gearing up for his role in Housefull 5.
