J. Cole Announces '2014 Forest Hills Drive' 10th Anniversary Show

As a die-hard J. Cole fan who has been following his career since the days of “The Warm Up,” I can hardly contain my excitement for this upcoming 10th anniversary show of “2014 Forest Hills Drive” at Madison Square Garden! It’s not every day you get to witness such a historic moment, and the fact that he’s releasing an anniversary edition with four new bonus tracks is just the cherry on top.

In a month’s time, J. Cole will be commemorating the 10th anniversary of his album “2014 Forest Hills Drive” with a unique, standalone performance.

The GRAMMY award winner has planned a performance at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on December 16, a week following the album’s release date. Besides regular tickets going on sale, an extra 2,014 tickets will cost just $1 USD on the day of the show itself. The exact location and time for the event will be unveiled on December 16, and these tickets can only be purchased in person on that day. Each fan will be allowed to buy one ticket, with the specific location being randomly assigned.

In celebration of the album’s milestone, Cole revealed a collection of special anniversary editions, available in vinyl LPs and CDs. These editions feature four additional tracks as bonuses, an alternative cover for vinyl records, and more exciting extras.

2014 Forest Hills Drive served as Cole’s third major studio album, predominantly produced by him in collaboration with Illmind, Vinylz, Phonix Beats, Willie B, and others. The album was launched without any preceding singles or intensive promotion, yet it still managed to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 chart and garnered two GRAMMY nominations.

Artist ticket presales and exclusive sales for Chase customers start at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 2nd. The general public sale will commence on December 4th also at 10 a.m. EST, through Inevitable and Ticketmaster.
