Arjun Rampal takes 'responsibility' for his unsuccessful marriage with Mehr Jesia; admits 'realized why it went wrong'

As a dedicated follower of Bollywood, I have witnessed the highs and lows of many star’s lives, but few have resonated with me as deeply as Arjun Rampal’s journey. His life story is like a Bollywood drama, filled with love, heartbreak, and ultimately, growth.

For several years, Arjun Rampal has been in a relationship with model Gabriella Demetriades, and they have two sons named Arik and Avik together. Prior to this, Arjun was married to Mehr Jesia and they had two daughters, Mahikaa and Myra. In a recent interview, Arjun discussed his failed marriage with Mehr, revealing that he came to understand what had led to the issues in their relationship.

Arjun Rampal reflects on his failed marriage with Mehr Jesia

On The Ranveer Show Podcast, Arjun Rampal recently opened up about his past, including the challenging and complex nature of his divorce from his former wife, Mehr Jesia.

Arjun commented, “It’s tough on everyone, even your kids. It’s the hardest on them. You wouldn’t want that. I grew up in a fractured family, and my failed marriages were something I had to reflect on and figure out why they didn’t work out. I found the reasons, and I accept responsibility for it. Fortunately, today, we’re all close-knit, caring towards each other, and will always support one another.”

The actor from Om Shanti Om pointed out that people often shift blame externally when things go awry, but the root cause usually lies within their own feelings of unhappiness. He noted that it’s a common human tendency to point fingers and make excuses, but ultimately, the breakdown stems from something else entirely.

According to Arjun, a relationship doesn’t function well if someone isn’t able to find contentment within themselves. He further stated that the failure of a relationship isn’t solely the responsibility of one individual. Instead, he recommended taking some time to examine one’s own shortcomings and errors.

Reflecting upon my own journey, I firmly believe that introspection and self-improvement are crucial components of personal growth. In times of isolation, I have discovered numerous flaws within myself, as many others may also find. It is essential to acknowledge these shortcomings, not only from external sources but also those hidden deep within us.

Additionally, Gabriella posted a video of a mouthwatering meal on the other side. In the description, she said, “My twin sons, born two days apart! Celebrating baby Ariv’s first birthday and Arik’s fifth! What a wonderful day!”

On Arik’s fifth birthday, Gabriella Demetriades shared a video showcasing various moments of the birthday boy. “Happy birthday to our sunshine boy! We can’t get enough of you, Ari,” she captioned the post.

Arjun Rampal shared a collection of moments with his son Arik on his fifth birthday.
