Alternatively, just like Javed Akhtar, the renowned lyricist, expressed his feelings on this day marking Kishore Kumar’s birthday. He posted a heartfelt message on his Twitter account saying, “Isn’t it amazing that in the world of entertainment, even after so many years, there may not be another performer as deeply missed as Kishoreda was and still is.” Earlier, he had tweeted the same sentiments about Kishore Kumar, adding, “Millions and millions of people miss you almost every day, and I am one of them.”
In terms of his career, Ayushmann Khurrana was last seen alongside Ananya Pandya in Dream Girl 2. However, a news piece in Mid-Day indicates that he’s been having trouble scheduling for Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming film, tentatively titled Daayra, because of a congested schedule towards the end of 2024. The movie, scheduled to start production by the year’s end, conflicts with Ayushmann’s planned US music tour. Additionally, he has at least two more cinematic projects in store apart from Border 2.
According to the previously stated portal, negotiations for all projects’ dates are ongoing, but Gulzar’s film with Meghna is not included in his schedule at this time. The production team has been made aware, and it is being reported that Gulzar is searching for a suitable replacement.
