As a lifestyle expert with a penchant for deciphering the intricacies of celebrity lives, I must say that the recent events surrounding Salman Khan and the tragic death of Baba Siddique have certainly brought forth a new dimension to their friendship and the security measures taken for the superstar.
Following the sad passing of NCP leader Baba Siddique and former Maharashtra minister, Salman Khan has been making news lately. It appears that security at Salman’s residence in Bandra has increased significantly, and fans are no longer allowed to take selfies there. Salman’s brother, Arbaaz Khan, has mentioned they are focusing on ensuring his brother’s safety, expressing that everyone is doing their utmost to keep him secure.
In a recent interaction with Zoom, Arbaaz Khan opened up about Baba Siddique’s murder and stated that they are “protecting” Salman Khan after the late politician’s death.
The actor-filmmaker expressed that despite the tragic death of Salman’s dear friend, Baba Siddique, and the ongoing grief within the Khan family, they are making every effort to move forward.
At a recent promotional event for his upcoming movie, Bandaa Singh Chaudhary, Arbaaz stated that everyone – including the government, law enforcement, and regular citizens – are working together to ensure things proceed as they ought, with Salman being safeguarded in this process. Everybody is giving their utmost effort. Our aim is to maintain this state of affairs at present.
At the same gathering, Arbaaz Khan mentioned that the ex-minister of Maharashtra, Baba Siddique, had a very close relationship with his family. Arbaaz reminisced about how everyone from Bollywood would attend Siddique’s Iftar party during Eid.
The producer expressed regret, stating that they are currently working on healing following the tragic death of Baba Siddique.
According to a report from the Times of India, Salman Khan’s apartment, known as Galaxy Apartment, has been heavily secured and people are prohibited from taking selfies or recording videos in the vicinity. This comes after Salman was assigned Y+ security following the recent demise of a prominent political figure last week.
For several years, it is said that the Lawrence Bishnoi group has been aiming threats at Salman Khan. A recent statement suggests that this group has admitted to the murder of Baba Siddique, stating their connection to the popular actor as their motive.
On the evening of Dussehra, October 12, Baba Siddique tragically lost his life following a shooting incident. It is reported that he was struck by gunshots in his stomach and chest during an attack by an assailant. Sadly, he succumbed to these injuries at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.
