Bad Bunny Announces New Album, ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos,‘ Set For Early January Release

As a gamer who has been following Bad Bunny‘s meteoric rise since his debut, I can honestly say that this Puerto Rican superstar is not just dominating the music scene but also breaking barriers and setting new standards for what it means to be a global entertainer. With his upcoming album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, he seems to have packed in more hits than a bomb shelter during an alien invasion!

Bad Bunny is back.

Benito A. Martínez Ocasio, the Puerto Rican singer-rapper who catapulted into global fame following the release of his debut album in 2020, is back with a new album on Jan. 5, as per an Instagram post. The upcoming album, titled “Debí tirar más fotos” (translation: “I Should Have Taken More Photos“), is the sequel to his 2023 album, “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana“.

On Thursday, Bad Bunny shared a sneak peek of his upcoming album via Instagram, accompanied by a short video. This video, helmed by director Jacobo Morales, showcases Ocasio reflecting on old times with “Concho,” his buddy. The album boasts 17 tracks, among them “Pitorro” and the already launched “El Clúb.” Recently, Bad Bunny also dropped the single “Pitorro de Coco.

On Christmas, he teased the album is 17 bomba tracks — or “explosive hit songs.”

In the whirlwind of 2024, I found myself immersed in a flurry of creative endeavors, culminating in the release of my album, “Debí Tirar Más Fotos.” This year has been nothing short of extraordinary! Alongside finishing my new record, I’ve had the privilege to expand my acting portfolio. I’m thrilled to be a part of Darren Aronofsky’s upcoming crime drama, “Caught Stealing“, and the anticipated sequel to Adam Sandler’s sports comedy, “Happy Gilmore 2“. My acting journey started with roles such as an assassin in “Bullet Train” alongside Brad Pitt and “Cassandro“, starring Gael García Bernal. What a ride it’s been!

Apart from composing music and acting in movies alongside renowned talents, Ocasio also excels as a professional wrestler. He made his WWE television premiere in the year 2021, and that same year, he stepped into the ring for the first time at WrestleMania 37.

Bad Bunny has surpassed seven million record sales globally and has made history as the first non-English artist to be Spotify’s top-streamed musician of the year. Additionally, his album “Un Verano Sin Ti” currently holds the title for the most streamed album on Spotify with over 18 billion plays.
