2021 saw Bad Bunny wasting no moments, as he released his sixth album titled “DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOTos” (I Should Have Taken More Photos) on January 5. The Puerto Rican music sensation also teamed up with adidas to launch the Ballerina sneaker in two different color schemes, further strengthening their collaborative efforts.
It appears that the two items in question might be heading back to the Gazelle Indoor, as images of a fresh “Cabo Rojo” color scheme have emerged. Upon first glance, it seems this sneaker pays tribute to the Puerto Rican coastal town of Cabo Rojo, with its upper boasting a mix of suede, leather, and synthetic materials in a color called “Wonder Clay”. The design by Benito, who initially introduced this model in white last September, incorporates intricate details such as a layered tongue and reworked toe and size tag at the heel. The branding for adidas Cabo Rojo can be found on the lateral heel, while the phrase “adidas para Bad Bunny” is still noticeable on the insole.
As I write this, neither Bad Bunny nor adidas has given any indication of when the “Cabo Rojo” version of the Gazelle Indoor will be released.
