Titled “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice“, this movie features Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Jenna Ortega, and Catherine O’Hara. In the story, the Deetz family reunites at Winter River following a heartrending event, with Astrid (played by Ortega) inadvertently summoning Beetlejuice, causing him to unleash chaos as only he knows how.
When Will Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Be Available to Stream on Max?
Initially screened on September 6, the movie titled “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” has proven to be a major box office hit, having earned over $370 million so far. With an initial production cost of $100 million, it not only covered its expenses but also generated additional profits, holding the top position for three consecutive weeks before being surpassed by DreamWorks’ “The Wild Robot”.
Although Warner Bros. has announced the release dates for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice in digital and physical formats, they haven’t specified when the movie will start streaming on Max yet. Given the typical timeframe of 77 days from theater release to streaming service for similar films, it’s likely that the sequel directed by Tim Burton will appear on Max sometime between late November and early December. So, if you don’t wish to spend additional money on a subscription, there’s a wait ahead.
Are we looking forward to another movie in the series any time soon? At this point, it’s probably best not to get your hopes too high, as Burton himself has expressed uncertainty about its future, considering that there was a gap of 35 years between the original and the sequel. For now, fans can only enjoy what they have and look forward to owning Beetlejuice Beetlejuice on digital platforms from October 8, and on physical media from November 19.
