As a seasoned XDefiant player with countless hours under my belt, I can confidently say that the P90 is one of my go-to weapons for close-quarters combat. Its rapid fire rate and large magazine make it an absolute beast in tight spaces, but to truly maximize its potential, you need the right loadout.

As a gamer, I’d say: In XDefiant, the P90 is a widely used SMG due to its quick firing rate and large magazine. To get the best out of this weapon, what kind of loadout would I recommend?

With my P90 configuration, you’ll get the most out of your capabilities in tight combat situations. This weapon performs exceptionally well in such scenarios, but keep in mind that it may underperform somewhat when engaging from medium to long distances.

The “Rapid Fire” Barrel functions as advertised, causing your weapon to rapidly expend bullets with astonishing speed. As a result, a targeted burst towards a close adversary can reduce them to pieces.

As a gamer, I can tell you that this weapon is accompanied by the PEQ-15 attachment. This bad boy cuts down on the spread when you’re firing from the hip. Since my playstyle revolves around being up close and personal with enemies, aiming down the sights isn’t always necessary. With this attachment on board, I can still trust that my bullets will find their mark.

Wrapping the rear grip in leather and padding the stock enhance your accuracy when aiming down sights. These modifications counteract the disadvantages brought about by the Rapid Fire accessory, making them essential for improved performance.

An alternative option is adding a Barrel Extender to amplify your damage output at close and mid-range distances. However, be prepared for more challenging recoil management as a result. In such a case, consider swapping the Padded Stock with a Precision Stock.

In this project, a Flash Grenade is the ideal choice among the throwable items for me. Given that you’ll be swiftly maneuvering across the map, the quickness at which the flash explodes proves beneficial for clearing out rooms, managing adversaries within, and transitioning to your next objective.

As a fan, I’d say: The 686 Magnum is my go-to choice when I find myself in long-range battles. With its powerful rounds, this beauty can take down enemies with just two headshots or three body shots at a distance of 50 meters. What a fantastic backup option!
