Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3: Kartik Aaryan led film is 'more entertaining and engaging' compared to prequel, says Anees Bazmee; 'everyone who has seen the film...'

As a seasoned movie connoisseur with decades of cinema-viewing under my belt, I must say that the upcoming Diwali spectacle is shaping up to be a battle royale at the box office. On one side, we have Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, promising an exhilarating blend of horror and comedy, boasting a larger-than-life scale and an eclectic cast including Kartik Aaryan, Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit. On the other hand, we have Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, a multi-starrer actioner that is sure to set our hearts racing with its high-octane sequences and unmatched masala elements.

As a dedicated follower, I’m thrilled to share that this coming Diwali, I’ll be part of the excitement surrounding the third installment of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa series. Incidentally, Rohit Shetty is also unleashing Singham Again on the same day. With both these highly anticipated movies going head-to-head at the box office, filmmaker Anees Bazmee confidently asserts that his horror-comedy offering is not only a step up from its prequel but also bigger, more entertaining, and more engaging!

In an interview with News 24, director Anees Bazmee shared that they’ve aimed to elevate Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, enhancing both the narrative and visual effects. He mentioned that a lot of effort has been invested in this project by the team, giving it their all. Bazmee also expressed his delight as those who have already watched the film have enjoyed it, and he’s hopeful that the audience will find it appealing with divine blessings.

The movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, starring Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu, was a hit after the COVID-19 pandemic. The upcoming film has Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri in major roles, with special appearances by Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit. The movie is set to be released in theaters on November 1, 2024, but it will compete with Singham Again, a multi-starrer action film. Kartik Aaryan even made an attempt to avoid this competition by having a conversation with Rohit Shetty over the phone.

According to Times Now, the actor from Chandu Champion asked the movie’s director to delay its release until November 15. He believes this would give both their films a strong start at the box office without conflicting with each other, as releasing too close together could negatively impact both movies. However, Shetty hasn’t made up his mind about altering the release date yet.

According to Hindustan Times, the team behind Singham Again plans to stick with their original schedule and release the film on November 1, coinciding with Big Boss 3’s release date (Diwali 2024). A source revealed that the makers are content with their current arrangements and have no intentions of altering anything.
