Today, Varun Dhawan’s niece, Anjini Dhawan, is set to make her debut with the coming-of-age film, Binny and Family. As a lifestyle expert, I’m thrilled to share that following in the footsteps of her illustrious family, Varun Dhawan’s niece, Anjini Dhawan, is poised to make her grand entrance into Bollywood with the upcoming series “Binny and Family.” The trailer for her highly-anticipated coming-of-age debut was unveiled not too long ago. As a proud uncle, Varun couldn’t help but send a heartfelt shoutout to his talented niece after attending the launch event.
On August 30th, Varun Dhawan recently posted the trailer for his niece Anjini Dhawan’s first film titled Binny and Family. Delighted as an uncle, he expressed his well-wishes on Instagram stories, saying “@anjinidhawan, this is fantastic! Welcome to the world of cinema” along with a hugging emoji.

Apart from the event, renowned director Subhash Ghai shared an informal photo from the trailer premiere. In the picture, he is posing with VD (Varun Dhawan) and Anjini, while addressing the microphone. He posted a reflection on social media, “Once upon a time, we were all newcomers, just like me in the past… Varun Dhawan in the last decade. And now, Anjali Dhawan in our family film ‘Binny and Family’. This is what I shared during the trailer launch today at PVR.”
He also mentioned that “I found Anjali Dhawan’s performance exceptional in the charming granddaughter-grandfather story of the upcoming film produced by Mahaveer Jain, presented by Balaji Films. The movie is set to hit cinema halls on September 20th. My warmest congratulations and blessings go out to the entire team of Binny and Family.”

This 2-minute, 39-second clip presents Binny, a headstrong young girl, and introduces her unconventional lifestyle. However, events become complicated when Binny’s grandparents move in with her parents. The clash between generations promises to make the movie an engaging and entertaining experience.
Written and directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy, the movie is poised to release on September 20, 2024.
Currently, Varun Dhawan is involved in a series of thrilling upcoming collaborations with the duo Raj & DK for their project titled “Citadel: Honey Bunny.” This project also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The release date for this production on Amazon Prime Video is set for November 7.
