I’ve examined numerous earbud models, ranging from basic ones lacking any distinctive character to those designed to appear futuristic and exciting. Now, let’s explore a pair that appeals to fans of a particular superhero! The Cable Guys Buds Deadpool offers not just the earbuds but also a stand for storage and a themed case to match.

If you’re a Deadpool enthusiast, these items are sure to catch your eye. The miniature figurine is a worthy investment; its sturdy base and meticulous painting make it stand out, with intricate details in its molding. While I find the proportions slightly off, perhaps due to the earbud case accessory, overall, I appreciate its high-quality design!

The earbud case itself is in the design of Deadpool’s torso, with some little bullet holes and graphics on the top and bottom. The case has a clear front, his chest, and a clear back, his back with his swords on it. Funnily enough, the Cable Guys Buds Deadpool has the case put on the chest, instead of the back, as that’s where the tiny light is.

When both the case and earbuds are fully charged, the small light turns solid green. If only the earbuds are charging, the light will flash green. The light on the case will be orange when it’s charging, and if the case has a low battery, the light will flash orange. This setup is straightforward and easy to understand at a glance.

While the battery life on The Cable Guys Buds Deadpool earbuds and case might not be top-notch compared to others in the market, considering the cost and the included stand, it offers a reasonable value. The earbuds can last for approximately 5 hours on a single charge, and the case can recharge them up to 8 times.

Along with the earbuds, you’ll find three adjustable ear tips in varying sizes. If you prefer a snugger fit, you can opt for a larger size, and if you need something smaller, there’s also an option available. Additionally, a compact USB-C to USB cable is included, which is convenient because the case gets charged from its bottom, enabling the cable to hang straight down.

The sound quality you get is standard for its price range, though it might not be as clear as my current earbuds. However, the sound quality is still sufficient for enjoying music or playing mobile games. These earbuds come with touch controls that allow you to pause, skip tracks, adjust volume, and even use Smart Assistance if enabled. You can also answer, decline, or end calls simply by tapping on your earbuds.
