Unlike the Carhartt WIP SS25 lookbook, photographed against a bare studio backdrop, the official campaign showcases vibrant photographic compositions by artist Joshua Gordon.
As a gamer, I’ve taken on the role of an art director for this brand’s latest line, using my signature, vibrant, and kaleidoscopic style that London knows me for. My unique approach to photography, with its high-contrast colors, light leaks that jump around like pixels in a game, and hand-drawn illustrations, is just the beginning. For this campaign, I’ve also produced a documentary-style video where I showcase my music and sound design, immersing viewers in a sonic journey as captivating as any game level I’ve ever designed.

Gordon’s most recent project with Carhartt celebrates a decade since their initial collaboration back in 2015, which was showcased in their SS15 advertising campaign. Unlike the traditional layout of their earlier campaign, this one showcases the collection using black-and-white images set within a collage-style frame.
The gathering aligns perfectly with our SS25 lineup, which blends yesteryears and today by combining classic styles from our past and modern reinterpretations. Drawing motivation from different design epochs of the brand, the collection encompasses retro 90’s denim and chambray, sportswear inspired by college campuses, robust overshirts and tailored coats crafted with a contemporary touch.
