The star-studded cast, led by the inimitable Cate Blanchett, promises a riveting tale of secrets, lies, and redemption.

The promo has been released for Apple TV’s exclusive production titled “Disclaimer“. In this dramatic series, Cate Blanchett takes on the role of Catherine Ravenscroft, who is both a journalist and documentarian.

Although Ravenscroft is renowned for her investigative pursuits, it’s uncovered that she conceals a hidden past. A mysterious figure, known as Stephen Brigstocke (played by Kevin Kline), starts sending menacing correspondence to the journalist, hinting at secrets from her teenage years.

In the trailer, Ravenscroft appears to be on a mission to conceal a long-hidden truth that reemerges in her adult life.

In this production, Sacha Baron Cohen portrays Catherine’s spouse Robert, while Kodi Smit-McPhee takes on the role of Nicholas, their troubled son with drug issues. The principal cast also includes Louis Partridge, Lesley Manville, and HoYeon Jung.
