‘Chef’s Table’ Set for Netflix Return, Launching ‘Noodles’ Spinoff

As a gamer who has spent countless hours virtually traversing the globe and sampling a myriad of digital cuisines, I can hardly contain my excitement at the return of Netflix‘s culinary masterpiece, Chef’s Table! It’s been too long since we last indulged in the sumptuous visual feast that is this documentary series.


Netflix is once again setting a place at the Chef’s Table.

The lavishly produced culinary documentary is scheduled to release two fresh episodes this year itself, with a third expected in 2025. First among these is a spin-off named “Chef’s Table: Noodles“, focusing on four esteemed chefs: Evan Funke from Los Angeles, Guirong Wei who works between the U.K., China, and China, Peppe Guida from Italy, and Nite Yun, a rising star in Oakland, California. Known for their exceptional skills with noodles, they will be featured starting October 2nd

The seventh season of the popular series, set to premiere on November 27, features chefs Nok Suntaranon from Philadelphia, Kwame Onwuachi based in New York, Ángel León hailing from Spain, and Norma Listman and Saqib Keval residing in Mexico City. In the coming year, Netflix will air Chef’s Table: Legends, a tribute to the groundbreaking culinary masters who have molded the contemporary food landscape as we experience it today. This special series aligns with the 10th anniversary of Chef’s Table, which first aired in April 2015

Chef’s Table, the cooking show spinoff, has been absent from Netflix for two years – it last premiered in September 2022. The primary series hasn’t had a new season since 2019

The show has received multiple James Beard Foundation Awards and been nominated for seven Emmys in various categories, including two nominations for best documentary or nonfiction series. The series is produced by Boardwalk Pictures and Supper Club, with David Gelb serving as executive producer along with Andrew Fried, Brian McGinn, and Danny O’Malley. Dane Lillegard also holds a co-executive producer role
