In a recent interview, she was open to answering several questions about her former partners, but things took a turn when the conversation became quite intense.

It appears that HGTV star Christina Haack, who is set to debut her new show The Flip Off in 2025, has been dating Chris Larocca for several months. However, she’s made it clear that she’s not planning on getting married again any time soon. In July 2024, Haack and Josh Hall filed for divorce, which turned out to be a complicated process. Notably, Haack also has two ex-husbands: Tarek El Moussa (with whom she shares children) and Ant Anstead (their son is together).

While appearing on Jeff Lewis Live, the previous host of Flip or Flop found herself grading her past partners in a humorous Q&A session about who excelled in various life and relationship areas. Here’s a peek at some of her amusing responses!

As a movie reviewer, much like Kylie Wing, Haack’s design partner who stepped into Hall’s role during the filming of “The Flip Off“, I too find myself experiencing a “second-hand cringe” from this interview line of questioning.

Lewis skillfully navigated the conversation, initially discussing broader life topics before delving into more personal matters. The mother of three (reportedly over her marriage with Hall by the time she filed for divorce) was reluctant towards intrusive questions, but her smiles and laughter suggested she was comfortable participating in this segment of the interview. However, it seems that her soon-to-be ex-husband is not as willing to engage.

How Did Christina Haack’s Divorce Drama With Josh Hall Get Real After Her Interview?

In the aftermath of their divorce filing, Haack has pointed out several questionable financial actions by Josh Hall. However, he maintains his innocence and is reportedly moving forward with model Stephanie Gabrys. Despite this, it seems that neither he nor his representatives are ignoring Haack’s public comments about him, as they issued a statement following her interview (through US Weekly). The statement, in part, read:

In a rather unfortunate turn of events, it seems that my former love, Josh, is inescapably entwined in Christina’s latest promotional efforts for her new show. While I appreciate the need to generate buzz, I can’t help but feel that she might benefit from shifting her focus towards her current partner and leave the past behind. After all, as the legendary Mariah Carey once crooned, ‘Why are you so fixated on me?’ Here’s wishing Christina nothing but success and happiness in her new endeavors.

Of course, Haack noticed the statement and took to her Instagram Stories to respond:

Haack expressed her disgust by stating that she found it utterly revolting when Hall’s representative used a Mariah Carey song to express their dissatisfaction with her interview. She further clarified, “I don’t care about Josh’s personal life,” but rather focused on his behind-the-scenes tactics, which she referred to as “narcissism at its finest.

She mentioned during the interview that it appears they’ll take their divorce to court for resolution, which means it might take some time before they formally resolve their disagreements and part ways as a couple.
