The anticipation has been heightened following the intriguing teaser release. Now, it’s official! The trailer will drop on October 15, 2024, in an engaging collaboration video with characters from “The Family Man,” namely Srikant and JK.
On October 11th, Amazon Prime Video’s Instagram account revealed that the trailer for the upcoming series “Citadel: Honey Bunny” will be released soon. The announcement video showcased the spy pair, Srikant and JK, played by Manoj Bajpayee and Sharib Hashmi from the series “The Family Man.
Srikant shows the file of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan’s characters Honey and Bunny to JK. They discuss that they are a team from the 90s and use pagers. Srikant says that Honey and Bunny are not more dangerous than their duo.
He also mentions that both him and JK belong to the National Force, their influence stretching far and wide. Srikant playfully ridicules Honey and Bunny until he gets a message from them via pager, informing him they were there. Finally, at the end, the video concludes with “Trailer launch on October 15.
The caption of the post read, “OGs, don’t blink, the spies are on cue.”
