Clase Azul’s Limited-Edition Tequila Fuses Día de Muertos with Artisan Craftsmanship

As a connoisseur of fine spirits and a proud Mexican, I can’t help but be captivated by Clase Azul México’s latest offering, the Día de Muertos Edición Limitada Música. Having grown up with this vibrant tradition, I find it truly heartwarming to see such a thoughtful and authentic tribute to our cherished Day of the Dead.

Clase Azul México breathes life into the Day of the Dead with its new release, the Limited Edition Music for Day of the Dead, which is the fourth addition to their ongoing series, “Our Memories”. This special edition, limited to 10,000 decanters, celebrates the Day of the Dead by way of music – the beats and melodies that bring this cherished tradition to life in Mexico, fostering joy and remembrance throughout the country.

The journey of “Nuestros Recuerdos” commenced in the year 2021, branching out with editions that were inspired by tastes, colors, and scents. Now, it delves into deeper emotional realms with Music. Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco was captivated by the concept of integrating music into sensory elements. “I sought to transform music into sensory chords to stir nostalgia, as during Day of the Dead we remember the joyous moments spent with our loved ones,” shared Tinoco. This 26-month aged añejo tequila boasts smoky and sweet notes that echo the essence of Day of the Dead.

As a passionate admirer, let me tell you about the stunning plum-colored decanter I’ve come across. This masterpiece is the brainchild of the talented illustrator, David Espinosa. The design is vibrant and whimsical, showcasing a lively skeletal musical procession in soft lilac and golden tones.
