As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of experience in the comedy industry, I can hardly contain my excitement for the 2025 Comedy Fantasy Camp! Having attended numerous music camps in the past, it’s refreshing to see a similar concept being applied to comedy.
A third installment of Comedy Fantasy Camp will be a reality in 2025.
From January 23rd to 26th, I’m all set to immerse myself in a one-of-a-kind event designed for comedy enthusiasts at any level. This is an incredible opportunity to get insights directly from industry veterans like Jay Leno, Adam Carolla, Natasha Leggero, Brad Williams, and Patrick Warburton. Plus, there are even more special guests on the horizon that we’ll be announcing soon!
At Lightweight Camp, our leader, Leggero, assumes the role of head counselor, overseeing campers and imparting her knowledge to them during the four-day event. According to organizers, the camp itinerary includes interactive workshops, discussions, breakout sessions, and various other activities. The participants will be grouped into smaller teams as they focus on honing their comedic skills under the tutelage of professional mentors. Throughout the camp, they will develop, refine, and perfect their material, culminating in a final performance: The campers will have an opportunity to showcase their fresh stand-up acts on stage at the Hollywood Improv.
Leno stated, ‘I enjoy conversing with comics, and it seems they’re eager to assist their fellow comedians.’ I share a deeper bond with comedians than some individuals I’ve known throughout my life. Crafting jokes is the most challenging task imaginable. Words hold immense power – mastery lies in knowing how to wield them effectively.
Carolla expressed his joy: “Thrilled to resume work for our upcoming Comedy Fantasy Camp, alongside my buddy Jay Leno.
For over two decades, the Comedy Fantasy Camp has been a joint effort between the Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, a music-based program, and The Adam Carolla Show. This unique collaboration provides aspiring comedians with an opportunity to perform alongside comedy greats, similar to how it offers aspiring musicians a chance to play with rock legends like Slash and Roger Daltrey.
David Fishof, CEO of Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, shared his enthusiasm for collaborating once more with The Adam Carolla Show on another Comedy Fantasy Camp. Following the success of the first two sold-out events, it’s clear that our program stands unmatched in the comedy world.
Registration for Comedy Fantasy Camp is now open.
