Cookie Run Kingdom: Shadow Milk Cookie Toppings and Beascuits guide

  • He is the Beast enemy of Pure Vanilla Cookie
  • I recommend giving Shadow Milk Cookie full Cooldown on everything (including a Beascuit with 4x Cooldown)
  • His skill damage is directly proportional to the number of times he casts his skill, Act 1: Lies

At last, the eagerly anticipated Shadow Milk Cookie has arrived! And let me tell you, he’s nothing like I imagined. To be honest, I couldn’t be more thrilled about it. His abilities are quite unexpected, much like himself, and if you’re curious about how to construct him, this guide is perfect for you.

Although primarily recognized as a damaging cookie (Magic cookies are generally known for their destructive capabilities), this Magic cookie possesses the ability to inflict not just damage, but also heavy debuffs. He exhibits remarkable durability, can clear debuffs, and once fully stacked, unleashes colossal damage. Shadow Milk Cookie is exceptionally powerful, easily earning an S+ tier ranking.

He was freed together with Candy Apple Cookie, a character who also employs the identical Radiant toppings. If you’re intrigued by her, feel free to explore the guide I’ve prepared specifically for her!

Now let’s take a look at the best Toppings and Beascuits for Shadow Milk Cookie in CRK!

About Shadow Milk Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom

Shadow Milk Cookie is a
Magic
cookie, placed in the
Middle line.
He is a
Beast
cookie, and right now, you can only get his Soulstones from the exclusive gacha or Shop.

Skill:

Act 1: Lies
Shadow Milk Cookie channels the energy of his other-realm to begin a grant spectacle of Deceit. Inflicts Puppet Show at the enemy with the lowest HP (targets Cookies first excluding Safeguarded Cookies). The opponent’s Shadow Milk Cookie cannot become a target unless no other possible targets are left. For the duration of Puppet Show, both the target and the nearby enemies sustain periodic damage. The effect ends with a Grand Finale. Grand Finale deals damage to all enemies, deals damage proportional to Puppet Show’s target, and applies Taint on them. If the target is defeated before the end of Puppet Show’s duration, a Soul Phantom will appear in their place. A portion of the damage sustained by the Soul Phantom until the end of Puppet Show will be inflicted as Grand Finale’s extra damage.
If Shadow Milk Cookie is defeated, he will assume his Shadow Form. He will summon his Puppets to fool the enemies and retreat to the other-realm where he will gain Power of Deceit. The Shadow Form effect will last until the Puppets are defeated.
At the beginning of the battle, Shadow Milk Cookie will summon the Eye of Truth. Depending on the number of debuffs received by the team, including Shadow Milk Cookie himself, the Eye of Truth will gain stacks of Truth. More stacks of Truth will be gained whenever Shadow Milk Cookie uses his skill. At a certain number of stacks, the Eye of Truth will remove all debuffs from the team and increase the amount of damage dealt by Shadow Milk Cookie at the expense of a greater amount of damage received.
When Shadow Milk Cookie gains Power of Deceit, the Eye of Truth will transform into the Eye of Deceit, periodically gaining new stacks of Truth. At a certain number of stacks, it will emit a Tenet of Deceit, dealing damage and resetting the duration of Taint on the target (damage proportional to Max HP is capped at 300,000).

The best Toppings for Shadow Milk Cookie

You want to give your Shadow Milk Cookie the Deceitful Resonant toppings with lots of Cooldown.

  • 5x Deceitful Chocolate with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK, DMG Resist
  • 5x Swift Chocolate with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK, DMG Resist

I suggest focusing on Armor and Magic Defense Resistance, and using your most powerful, high-cooldown toppings when possible. Good luck!

Shadow Milk Cookie’s best Beascuit setup

For the Shadow Milk Cookie, I strongly suggest you try the Legendary 4th Anniversary Zesty Beascuit, which comes with a cool-down feature. Acquiring this item can be challenging, but it’s definitely worth the effort. The tricky part is achieving a 4x Cooldown on your Beascuit.

  • Cooldown (mandatory!)
  • DMG Resist
  • ATK

I suggest choosing the 4x Cooldown Beascuit because his power increases based on how often he’s used. In other words, when you have it on full cooldown, he can deal the highest damage in some fights just by continuously stacking, without needing extra ATK (although some of the toppings may provide it as sub-stats).

Should you invest in Shadow Milk Cookie?

YES! He is one of the 5 Beast Cookies of CRK:
Mystic Flour Cookie
,
Burning Spice Cookie
, himself, Silent Salt Cookie and Eternal Sugar Cookie, and they are all incredibly powerful. You should try to get him and upgrade him as much as you possibly can.
