As a streetwear enthusiast with a penchant for unique designs and rich cultural influences, I can’t help but be thrilled about the latest collaboration between COSTS and Vans – the “Rose Marble” Knu Skool collection. Having grown up in the late ’90s, the original Knu Skool silhouette holds a special place in my heart, making this reimagined version all the more intriguing.
After their successful partnership in 2022, COSTS and Vans have joined forces again to launch a new version of the Vans Knu Skool, featuring the “Rose Marble” style. Inspired by COSTS’ artistic background and cultural roots, this latest release combines daring originality with classic elegance.
The “Rose Marble” series takes inspiration from the Vans Knu Skool design of the late ’90s and presents it in two unique color schemes: Black Rose Marble and Pink Rose Marble. The Black Rose Marble offers a dark, mysterious atmosphere with its base infused with veins that resemble marble, while the Pink Rose Marble blends soft pink tones with warm gray and white streaks, providing an air of romance and delicacy. Both designs incorporate natural textures into a customized monogram pattern on the shoe’s upper, creating an elegant balance between power and gentleness.
The collaboration is characterized by close attention to detail, as evidenced by a unique rose logo on the heel and the prominent “COSTS” branding underscoring the partnership. Furthermore, each pair is uniquely numbered, with only 300 pairs available worldwide. As of now, specifics regarding the price and release date remain undisclosed; however, eager fans can look forward to more updates on COSTS’ official website in the near future.
