The value of Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies has dropped significantly due to the escalating conflict between Iran and Israel.
On Saturday, Iran retaliated against Israel with drone attacks following the previous week’s airstrike on Iranian facilities in Syria. Tensions between the two nations have been running high.
Based on what has been shared in the news, Israeli Defense Forces representative Daniel Hagari acknowledged the drone strike and predicted that it might take several hours for the drones to reach Israel. In response, both Israel and Iraq have temporarily suspended all flights in their respective airspaces as a precautionary step to fortify their defenses against the approaching threat.
Last week, an airstrike resulted in the deaths of two Iranian generals in Syria, an incident that Iran believes was orchestrated by Israel. In retaliation, Iran reportedly dispatched “many” drones, as confirmed by a US authorities.
In the face of increasing tension, Hagari has reassured that the Israeli military stands ready with preparations in place to counteract any drone assault and retaliate appropriately. The White House has likewise committed to aiding Israel in its efforts to thwart Iranian hostility.
