As a lifestyle expert with an eye for Hollywood-style drama, I must say, Ananya Panday’s playful antics and intriguing confessions are keeping us all entertained! It’s fascinating to see this young starlet’s unapologetic approach towards social media, reminiscent of her on-screen characters that effortlessly captivate audiences.
Ananya Panday, fresh from her part in Vikramaditya Motwane’s film CTRL, which explores the sinister aspects of social media, jokingly expressed a wish to access Ranbir Kapoor’s private social media profile. She is intrigued to find out who the secretive actor is interacting with and keeping tabs on online, and she playfully confessed her intention to sneak a peek into his concealed digital activities.
During an interview with Instant Bollywood, Ananya Panday jokingly mentioned that if given the chance to hack any social media account, it would be Ranbir Kapoor’s private one. She was intrigued about who he might be secretly following or stalking and even teasingly doubted the authenticity of his alleged fake account.
She said, “I want to hack Ranbir’s private account to see who he’s stalking and following. I have no idea what his account is, but I know he has one. What’s with the fake account? What’s he up to?”
During a recent conversation with PTI, actress Ananya Panday shared a funny memory about her mom, costume designer Bhavana Pandey. It seems young Ananya had set up a secret Facebook account, only to have her mother find out and react angrily. Just as any caring mother would do, Bhavana promptly deactivated the account, keeping it inactive for several years until Ananya reached the legal age.
Besides her acting career, Ananya previously owned an Instagram account which was more personal at the time. She admitted to liking this platform, always striving for authenticity in her posts. The actress from Call Me Bae mentioned that she shares freely and maintains a casual attitude towards it, although her relationship with social media is still developing.
In five short years, Ananya Panday has carved out a distinctive niche for herself within Bollywood. She first appeared on screen in 2019 as part of Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2, alongside Tiger Shroff and debutante Tara Sutaria. This movie was actually a follow-up to the 2010 blockbuster Student of the Year, where Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra took the leading roles.
She was last seen in CTRL, which premiered on Netflix on October 4, 2024. She stars as Nalini Awasthi, also known as Nella, while Vihaan Samat, famous for his role in Mismatched, plays her boyfriend, Joe Mascarenhas, in this cyber-thriller. She is currently busy filming her upcoming project titled Shankara.
