Deadpool And Wolverine Is Not Above Resorting To Toilet Humor When Announcing Its Disney+ Streaming Date

As a gamer with a lifetime of Marvel movies under my belt, I can confidently say that the arrival of Deadpool 3 on Disney+ is like Christmas coming early. I remember the days when we could only dream about these characters gracing the big screen together, and now here we are, just a few weeks away from streaming it!

The Marvel Universe keeps providing fresh content in cinemas and on Disney+, although some recent films haven’t fared well at the box office. However, Deadpool and Wolverine have broken records. Consequently, viewers eagerly await the film’s streaming premiere. Moreover, Deadpool 3 isn’t shy about using bathroom humor when revealing its Disney+ debut date.

Marvel fans who spent years watching the Marvel movies in order were thrilled when Ryan Reynolds’ signature character finally joined the shared universe in Deadpool & Wolverine. And given how successful the movie was, fans are hoping that the title characters will factor heavily into upcoming Marvel movies. The fandom can re-watch the acclaimed threequel when it hits Disney+ November 12th. The announcement on Instagram included some on-brand humor, check it out below:

It’s not surprising at all that the Deadpool franchise, famous for its adult-oriented humor and clever marketing, would include some jabs in their recent Disney+ announcement. After all, what’s a discussion about streaming without a bathroom humor reference? We wouldn’t expect anything less.

Excited fans have longed for the opportunity to watch Deadpool & Wolverine‘s movie at home, where they can take their time to search for hidden cameos, Easter eggs, and character variations. Fortunately, it’ll soon be available on Disney+, and is expected to garner much attention among viewers on the streaming platform.

After Disney took over 20th Century Fox and its assets, fans questioned how the Deadpool series would align with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, considering that all other films in the franchise are rated PG-13. However, Deadpool and Wolverine managed to keep their R-rating, and their promotional efforts have remained consistent with the brand’s style… even going so far as to include a recent bathroom humor joke.

The enormous earnings of Deadpool and Wolverine demonstrated ongoing curiosity about the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), contrasting sharply with flop films like The Marvels. The movie concluded on an upbeat note, with Logan and Laura becoming part of Wade’s cherished family in his world, setting high anticipation for these three heroes in future MCU ventures among fans.

It’s unclear what’s coming up for Deadpool next, but fans eagerly anticipate his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), possibly in a major crossover event similar to “Avengers: Doomsday.” Given the intense fan interest in this character, it seems logical that the studio might incorporate him into the upcoming Avengers films directed by The Russo Brothers. Wade Wilson has now officially joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and things will never be the same again.

The upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film set for a theater release is titled “Captain America: A Bold New Era“, scheduled for February 14th. Meanwhile, keep an eye on the 2025 film release schedule.
