deBridge launches points program for decentralization, community engagement

The deBridge protocol introduced a reward system to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of its community members throughout its network.

Approximately three years into its operation, deBridge has experienced explosive expansion in terms of trading volumes, transaction numbers, user base, collaborations, and blockchain networks it caters to.

In their blog post, the company expressed gratitude to each user of their deBridge product, acknowledging that every individual’s use has advanced the company’s vision and merits acknowledgment for the shared triumph.

The points are structured to reward early supporters and active contributors alike without encouraging exploitative behavior. Points are awarded for using the deBridge protocol, including through its app and integrations, and all fees contribute to the treasury.

This method encourages the use of the deBridge DAO and rewards authentic engagement with the platform, preventing misuse by robot networks by imposing fees for access.

Earning points is not limited to just making bridge transfers; they can also be gained through different tasks. To encourage early and continuous support, loyalty multipliers are included as incentives. Under certain circumstances, these multipliers can be stacked for extra benefits, specifically for users like Solflare Wallet holders and Curve LPs.

The deBridge initiative extends beyond rewarding users to encompass referrals and integrations, encouraging the expansion of its ecosystem through collaborative efforts. The launch of deBridge’s Integrator as a Service (IaaS) is pioneering for EVM & SVM blockchain ecosystems, enhancing interoperability and ease of use across chains.

If you sign up for deBridge IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) using any valid address, you will earn 30 points for every dollar spent on IaaS fees.
