On September 8, 2024, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed a baby girl into their family. Additionally, it’s been announced that the actress has recently acquired an apartment valued at approximately Rs. 17.78 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra West district, through her own company.

Based on an article from News 18 Showsha, it’s been reported that KA Enterprises LLP, a company co-owned by Deepika Padukone and her father Prakash Padukone, has just acquired a high-end apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West neighborhood. The property is situated within the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, close to the famous Bandstand landmark.

The report adds that based on the obtained documents, an investment of approximately 17.78 crore rupees was made. Additionally, it’s been uncovered that the newly acquired apartment encompasses about 171.47 square meters (approximately 1,846 square feet) and includes a designated parking space for a vehicle.

The deal was finalized by paying a stamp duty of nearly Rs. 1.07 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Significantly, it’s worth mentioning that a transaction related to the actress is linked with her mother-in-law and Ranveer Singh’s mother, Anju Bhavnani. It was disclosed that an adjoining apartment was purchased in September for approximately Rs 19.13 crore.

This property spans 1,822.45 square feet (about 169 square meters) in carpet area and also includes one car parking space. The stamp duty of Rs 95.68 lakh was paid for the deal with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

To add on, as per Zapkey.com’s records, Ranveer Singh’s company RS Filmcraft (OPC) Pvt Ltd and Oh Five Oh Talent LLP entered into a lease agreement for an apartment adjacent to his mother’s residence on September 5, 2024. The monthly rent initially set at Rs. 8.20 lakh for the initial 33 months, will subsequently rise by 15% to Rs. 9.43 lakh per month for the following 22 months.

In this arrangement, a security deposit amounting to 73.8 lakh rupees was made, along with a stamp duty of 1.29 lakh rupees. The term of the contract is set for 55 months. As per the leave and license agreement, Ritika (Ranveer’s sister) and her husband Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani are the authorized signatories.

According to Square Yards, stars such as Aamir Khan, Tripti Dimri, and K.L. Rahul, along with Athiya Shetty, are among those who have also acquired properties within the same neighborhood.
