As a lifestyle enthusiast, I, Dhanashree Verma, found myself amidst the festive spirit of Mahashivratri, despite recent rumors surrounding my personal life with Yuzvendra Chahal. While our divorce proceedings at the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai continue under judicial review, I chose to focus on the joy and strength that this auspicious occasion brings. On Instagram, I shared a few empowering photos from my latest shoot, celebrating Mahashivratri with fearlessness and resilience.
Dhanashree Verma posted some images from the set of her new venture. Her post’s message was, “Guided by Lord Shiva’s blessings, I’m invincible… I feel powerful and unafraid. Behind-the-scenes insights for you. The level of love and regard at work is astonishing. Hail to Shiva.

In the spirit of transparency, I want to share that Dhanashree and Yuzvendra Chahal have come to a divorce agreement, a fact confirmed by Nitin K. Gupta, their lawyer. The petition was jointly filed and it’s been presented at the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai, as reported by Hindustan Times.
Gupta told Hindustan Times that Chahal and Verma have agreed on a divorce, which is now being processed through mutual consent. He added that a petition has been filed with the Family Court in Bandra, and the case is currently being reviewed by the judge.
Speculations about Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal’s separation surfaced when it was noticed that they no longer followed one another on Instagram, following some media reports.
As a lifestyle expert, I can’t help but notice the intriguing developments unfolding on social media. Recently, Dhanashree made a change to her Instagram profile, subtly omitting “Chahal” from her name. This comes hot on the heels of Yuzvendra posting a cryptic message that read, “New life loading.” To add fuel to the fire, Yuzvendra has since cleared his Instagram account of all pictures featuring Dhanashree. These moves have certainly stirred up speculation and left us all wondering what’s next in this captivating storyline.
Rumors arose about Dhanashree Verma asking for 60 crores in alimony from Yuzvendra Chahal, but her family refuted this, insisting that she hadn’t made such a request for money.
A family member of Verma voiced clear dissatisfaction regarding the rumors, making it clear through a statement that neither was any sum ever requested, demanded, or suggested by them.
During the pandemic, Dhanashree and Chahal crossed paths when the cricketer showed interest in dancing. Initially just friends, they quickly developed romantic feelings for each other. In August 2020, they got engaged and were married by December of the same year.
