At Roman Ireland, the team is accustomed to handling death and gloominess as part of their profession; it’s an inherent aspect of their work, which involves facilitating the transition of spirits, allowing properties they once inhabited to be securely sold.
However, such a loss doesn’t occur every day within their circle. Let me share with you the events unfolded in the recent episode of SYFY’s SurrealEstate.
But it’s not common for one of them to face death. Here’s what transpired in the latest installment of SYFY’s SurrealEstate.
More on SurrealEstate
In a first glimpse, Luke ventures into a spectral cabin nestled within the woods in the latest installment of SurrealEstate (take a peek). Sarah Levy, a character from SurrealEstate, provides a tour of her Roman-Ireland real estate agency in a fresh behind-the-scenes video. Meanwhile, Tim Rozon and Sarah Levy share their preferred episodes to look forward to in the upcoming season 3 of SurrealEstate.
Hope this helps! If you need any more assistance or have other requests, feel free to ask! 🙂
As I immerse myself in the captivating third season of the SYFY series, I find myself playing the role of Luke Roman, a versatile real estate agent with an uncanny ability to communicate with the spirits of the departed. This unique talent not only adds a twist to my everyday life but also propels my agency into handling some truly bizarre and chilling property listings. Each week, my team and I are tasked with unraveling the mysteries that shroud these haunted houses, determining the source of the haunting and devising strategies to manage it.
The process may involve extensive investigation, delving into a property’s past and the lives of its previous inhabitants as well as those associated with them. To facilitate this, the current season of the show has introduced a new character, Tag (portrayed by Alex Ozerov-Meyer), who is remarkably adept at researching virtually anything available online or beyond.
Tag’s death on SurrealEstate, explained

During most of his term, Tag communicated extensively with the team at Roman Ireland through video calls this season. However, in the recent episode titled “A Slice of Afterlife,” he had a real-life encounter with Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy). They’ve developed a bond and she visited him personally to introduce herself formally and hand him his personalized Roman Ireland business cards.
It’s a sweet moment, but sadly it will prove to be one of Tag’s last.
One intriguing real estate case this week featured a peculiar toaster believed to foretell the future (a great companion for your morning omelette!). As Tag was investigating the device, it mysteriously produced a slice of toast revealing a replica of Susan’s gravestone – an eerie sight that Tag witnessed right as Susan left.
In this scenario, Tag rushes to alert Susan, but as he nears the parking garage, a car hurtles towards her. Without hesitation, Tag bravely intervenes, shielding Susan from harm and taking the impact himself. The driver of the vehicle? None other than the enigmatic adversary for the season, Tyler MacNeil (Austin Ball), who is under the influence of an ancient spirit that had been confined within one of Luke’s old teddy bears and has a personal vendetta against Luke.
In a carefully orchestrated act of vengeance, he intended to eliminate Susan to reach Luke, but ended up killing Tag when he stepped in to protect her unexpectedly.
So sadly, the newest member of Roman Ireland proved to have a very short tenure.
